Terms

These terms keep MemeFace focused on short, safe, clearly playful face-swap meme videos from curated templates.

What MemeFace provides

MemeFace lets signed-in users create short AI-assisted parody meme videos from curated templates. The core flow is choose a meme template, upload one permitted face photo, generate the video, and download the finished MP4.

Parody and disclosure

MemeFace is intended for funny, clearly playful, non-deceptive meme content. Generated videos should not be presented as real footage, real events, official statements, endorsements, or evidence of something that did not happen.

Your uploaded photos

Only upload face photos that you have the right to use. By starting a render, you confirm that you are allowed to use the image and that the generated result is for parody or meme purposes.

Free and paid renders

Free renders can be limited and include a visible MemeFace watermark or AI parody label. Credit-based renders use one credit and are exported without the MemeFace product watermark. Credits may be changed, granted, refunded, or limited during the MVP period.

Generated results

Render quality and timing can vary by template, face photo, queue status, worker availability, and technical limits. Generated videos may expire, so download finished results while they are available.

Prohibited content

Do not use MemeFace for minors, sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, threats, fraud, political deception, illegal activity, extremist content, or harmful impersonation.

Reports and moderation

We may review reports, remove generated content, disable share links, block renders, or restrict accounts when content appears unsafe, abusive, illegal, deceptive, or outside MemeFace's intended parody use.

Availability

MemeFace is an MVP. Rendering, login, billing, credits, templates, storage, and downloads may be unavailable, interrupted, changed, or removed as the service evolves.

Template content

Templates are curated for meme and parody use. If a template raises rights, safety, or quality concerns, it may be edited, unpublished, replaced, or removed.
